Our story began with a familiar problem, encountered by so many of our customers. 

In 2011, our founder, Jacyn Heavens, was struggling to find an affordable and reliable point of sale solution for his own burgeoning bar. His search for a POS system capable of making his life easier turned up nothing more than a conspicuous gap in the market.
